Who this policy covers

This policy explains how Brickline Oceanside Concrete and Masonry, a masonry contractor in Oceanside, CA, handles the information you share when you use this website, starting from our home page. It also covers what you tell us when you call or fill out our estimate form.

We're a local masonry and concrete business, not a data company. We collect what we need to answer you and do the job, and that's it. You can read more about who we are on our About page.

What information we collect

When you fill out our contact form, we get what you type in. That's usually your name, phone number, email address, street address and a description of the work you need, such as a cracked wall or a new paver driveway.

Our contact form runs on a third-party form service, Tally, so your entries pass through that service before they reach us.

When you call us, we keep the number you called from, your name and any notes about your job so we can follow up.

When you browse the site, analytics tools and cookies record general details like the pages you visit, how long you stay, the type of device and browser you use, and roughly where you're browsing from. This tells us how people use the site. It doesn't tell us who you are.

How we use your information

We use your contact and job details to reply to you, set up an estimate, schedule and do the work, send invoices and answer questions after the job is done.

We use analytics data to see which pages help people and which ones don't, so we can fix the site.

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with other businesses for their marketing.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the services that help us run the business, such as our form provider, website host, analytics provider and the tools we use for scheduling and billing. Each one gets only what it needs to do its part.

We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our business, our crew or our customers in a legal matter.

Cookies and analytics

Cookies are small files your browser saves so a site can remember your visit and count traffic. We use them for basic site function and analytics, not to follow you around the internet with ads.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work, though some features may not.

How long we keep it

We keep customer and job records for as long as we need them to finish the work, stand behind it and meet our tax and business record requirements. After that, we delete them or strip out anything that identifies you.

If you reached out and we never did a job for you, we keep your inquiry only as long as it's useful for following up, and we'll delete it sooner if you ask.

How we protect it

We limit who on our team can see your information and use services that protect the data they store. No website or system is perfectly secure, so we can't promise nothing will ever go wrong, but we'll tell you if a problem affects your information.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you.

California residents have privacy rights under state law, including the right to know what we collect and to have it deleted. We honor these requests for anyone who asks, and we won't treat you any differently for making one.

We'll confirm it's you before we act on a request, so we don't hand your information to someone else.

Children's information

This site is for homeowners and property owners. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13, and if we learn we have, we delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page. The version posted here is the one that applies.

How to ask a question or raise a concern

If you have a question about your information or want to make a request, call us at (760) 385-7783 or reach us through our Contact page. We answer calls Monday through Friday from 6 AM to 9 PM, and Saturday and Sunday from 8 AM to 10 PM.

We respond within 1 business day, and we'll tell you what we found and what we did about it.
